We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate a request for a refund. This refund policy outlines the specific criteria under which CliniLaunch will consider refund requests for course fees.

Course Fee Refund and Transfer Policy
- It is vital to note that once classes at the Institution have commenced, a strict “No Refund Policy” is in Effect. Under no circumstances shall refunds or cancellations be granted post-commencement of classes. Students are urged to acknowledge the irrevocable nature of this policy and make financial arrangements accordingly.
- The student must successfully complete the initial installment or the loan process before the commencement of the academic batch.
- A strict no-refund policy is in effect once the student has formally enrolled with our institution.
- Upon admission, the student is required to enroll in the course within 45 days (equivalent to four batches). Failure to do so will result in automatic revocation of the admission. This 45-day period or completion of four batches is the maximum duration for which we can reserve the student’s enrollment.
- It is mandatory for students to adhere to the scheduled due dates and the specified payment amounts. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of admission.
- Prior to the start of the academic batch, students are obligated to submit the admission form.
- By engaging in the education loan application process through our Loan Partner, you indicate your understanding and acceptance of these policies and your commitment to adhere to the terms and conditions stipulated by the Loan Partner.
